摘要:该公司是一家德国独资工资,在中国成立的一家全资子公司,主要面向国内市场,以满足其对涡轮增压器的日益增长的需求。
该公司占地面积5,000平方米。前期,公司生产的涡轮增压器将主要搭载在1L至1.5L的小排量汽油发动机上。
Job Responsibilities:
? Evaluating and planning of manufacturing processes based on TPZ and production plan
? Planning of new investment for machines and equipment based on TPZ and production plan
? Building up engineering and shop floor organization to fulfill all business plan targets
? Building up the solid know-how knowledge in the area,
? Manage, train and motivate engineers and managers to achieve the required targets
? Review the status of planning and manufacturing, cost management, quality management and the delivery, define and implement the measures to ensure the business plan targets
? Ensure the ISO/TS16949 and BMTS quality management system follow up in the area
? Quality tools implementation(FMEA, CP, SPC, POKA YOKE, 8D, QAM) in the area according to BMTS standards
? Review customer special requirements and complaints, implement the defined measures.
? Following all government and plant safety and environment regulations through planning, implementation and manufacturing including proper use of industrial safety equipments
? Coordinate projects regarding cost reduction, quality improvements and customer satisfaction in the production area
? Prepare all planning issues for audits (Quality, EHS, …)
Job Requirements:
? Bachelor or master degree in mechanical engineering
? Computer skills in Excel, Word, Outlook
? Chinese, English language skills, German optional
? At least 5 years experience in automotive business, assembly processes
? Willing to stay up to 6 months in Austria for internal training
? Organizational and leadership skills
? Solid knowledge of engineering and operation of assembly processes
? Project management skills
? Familiar with ISO/TS 16949
? At least 5 years experience in automotive business, assembly processes
? Willing to stay up to 6 months in Austria for internal training
? Ensure BPS and system-CIP concepts implementation during planning and manufacturing activities
? Coordinate with other functions in order to establish the maximize allocation of resources
